Help with WISE Phone Repair Technician Certification

Prepare for the Exam

The WISE Level 1 exam is online test that covers your knowledge of cell phones. Areas covered are battery safety and handling, data security/privacy, identifying components and their functions, terminology, and diagnostics and triage. This exam tests that the technician is qualified to repair or resolve issues without opening the device.

A technician must receive a 70% or higher to obtain WISE Technician Certification Level 1. A technician is given a maximum of two attempts to complete and pass the exam. The exam must be taken in one sitting. Technicians cannot preview the exam content. Technicians cannot pause and resume the exam. All technicians have 90 minutes to take and pass the exam.

In order to receive Level 1 WISE Certification, all users are required to enroll and complete the following learning plan. Upon enrollment, users will have immediate access to a downloadable program document which covers the requirements and process for WISE Certification of wireless device repair technicians. Users are encouraged to review and study the material in the WISE Technician Certification Program document and when ready, proceed in taking the Level 1 Knowledge Exam.
