You are free to visit the Website without creating an account. However, if you would like us to provide you with announcements and updates, you will be required to provide us with your email. Additionally, we receive information that you voluntarily enter on our website or otherwise provide to us. For
instance, when you register with our website, you provide us with the following information: email, first and last name, password, language preference, time zone, mailing address, phone number, employer, employer address, and business title. If you register for an event, you will also be required to provide any additional information needed for that particular event. Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the young (i.e., individuals under the age of 13) is especially important. For that reason, we never knowingly collect personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 13 and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13. If a child has provided us with personal information, we ask that a parent or guardian of the child contact us at support@wisecertification.com if they would like the information submitted by a child deleted from our database.

Step 1 Prerequisites for Authorization:
The ASC Program requires that the facility be ISO 9001 compliant, and their line managers be WISE Certified. Recyclers are also required to be R2v3 or compliant with e-Stewards.
Step 2 ASC Audit:
At your convenience, please reach out to programs@ctiacertification.org to coordinate with an approved and authorized auditor.

The fee is $400 per location or vehicle. Each location and/or vehicle will renew annually for $400 USD.

WISE Level 2 certification is a great way to advance your career in the industry. You will be qualified to repair common device issues and restore device to working condition.
The WISE Level 2 Test Out allows experienced technicians to bypass the program’s hands-on testing requirements by assessing a technician’s practical skills and knowledge, providing an opportunity for experienced technicians to demonstrate their proficiency without undergoing the full Level 2 hands-on training. Level 2 Certification is only available to technicians who have successfully passed the WISE Level 1 Knowledge Exam.
