The WISE Authorized Service Provider (ASP) designation conveys service excellence. It allows service providers to differentiate themselves and demonstrate their commitment to quality. Certification is awarded based on each shop meeting the industry recognized standards defined within this program. Today, the scope of the WISE Certification program includes smartphones and Chromebooks. WISE Certification is specific to a repair environment (retail or vehicle). Each location is individually certified.

Service Provider Enrollment Dates
WISE offers admission to service provider applicants during the periods outlined below. Applications are reviewed in order of submission date.

Once certified, ASPs may use the WISE logo on storefronts, clothing and vehicles to promote their certification. Certified WISE ASPs may also be identified in an online directory maintained at wisecertification.com. More information on logo usage will be available, as well as participation in our exclusive WISE partner programs.
