WISE Certification

The WISE Authorized Service Provider (ASP) designation conveys service excellence. It allows service providers to differentiate themselves and demonstrate their commitment to quality.  Certification is awarded based on each shop meeting the industry recognized standards defined within this program. Today, the scope of the WISE Certification program includes smartphones. WISE Certification is specific to a retail repair environment. Each location is individually certified.

Once certified

Once certified, ASPs may use the WISE logo on storefronts, clothing and vehicles to promote their certification. Certified WISE ASPs may also be identified in an online directory maintained at wisecertification.com. More information on logo usage will be available.
