CellBotics is a smartphone repair training center with locations in Atlanta, Georgia and Houston, Texas. As the first WISE™ Authorized Training Administrator, CellBotics is licensed to administer WISE Level 1 Training and Level 2 Certification for technicians.

The increasing demand for quality 3^rd party repair coupled with the ongoing demand for secondary market devices has given rise to many career options in mobile device repair. Deemed “essential” in the wake of the global pandemic, a career in device repair is growing in popularity, and the industry is in need of knowledgeable and skilled technicians.

By partnering with CellBotics, the WISE Certification program hopes to help serve the market by training mobile device repair technicians as well as provide career opportunities for those looking to establish themselves in the industry.

WISE Certification educates and tests wireless device repair technicians on industry-recognized standards. The program’s baseline training curriculum includes basic functionality inspection/testing, best practices in handling lithium-ion batteries, customer data privacy, ESD safety, and proper tool usage.

Today, the program has over 8,600 Level 1 technicians and 6,500 Level 2 technicians since its launch in 2019.  More than 1,600 certified retail locations across the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the Bahamas offer consumers a trusted resource.

Here at CellBotics, we have been in the business of offering cell phone repair training, computer repair training and repair business-owners’ courses since 2012. All classes are hands-on, year-round, providing the opportunity for students to work on live devices, we also have a full list of online training programs.

Since the company’s start, we have delivered training in business and technical training to small and medium-size business owners, as well as both experienced and new technicians. At the corporate level, we also deliver affordable on-site training for large groups, consulting, training development or can become your B2B bulk repair operation!

As a WISE Authorized Training Administrator, CellBotics has expanded their course offering to include training on Level 1 and Level 2 WISE Certification to their students. Staffed with Level 1 and Level 2 facilitators, CellBotics’ program meets the requirements of WISE Certification to help students adequately prepare for the WISE Level 1 Knowledge Exam and Level 2 hands-on training.

As a part of CellBotics registration process, students can seamlessly opt-in for WISE Certification training, which allows them to take the WISE Knowledge Exam as a part of their on-site training experience.
