Update Your WISE Technician Account

Follow these simple steps below to update your WISE Technician account, and continue having access to your certification.

Access to Registration Email

If you do have access to the email you registered under:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on ‘My Profile’. This will pull up your account information page.
  3. Update the necessary information.
  4. Click ‘Save Changes’.

No Access to Registration Email

If you do NOT have access to the email you registered under:

  1. Email myaccount@wisecertification.com.
  2. Include:
    • Name and email you registered under,
    • Personal email to switch your account to, and
    • If you are working at a new company – the name and company address.

A WISE team member will update your account, and provide new login credentials.
